Great for cutting weight and building muscle because it has bi calories , has all amino acids you need to build muscle , used cross flow filtration to get isolated protein without damaging all the benefits of whey! Tastes amazing mixes great , never had a better protein. Glad they came out with a 5lb because its my next purchase.
